OBA Golden Jubilee Project

On this momentous occasion of Golden Jubilee milestone of our association, the Managing Committee of OBA has decided to contribute in a befitting way by raising ₹10 crores towards Swami Vivekananda Cultural Youth Centre at Mysuru. Our commitment is to fund the construction of the entire ground floor which includes Multidimensional Experience Theatre, Exhibition Centre and Conference Halls.

“Swami Vivekananda Cultural Youth Centre – Viveka Smaraka”

The Youth Center is being built at the hallowed grounds where Swami Vivekananda stayed during his visit to Mysuru in 1892. This center will conduct numerous short-term courses for youth by imparting skills & much needed values based on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda. Exhaustive list of courses are planned encompassing core classifications like Life Skills & Behavioral Science, Vocational Skills & Cultural Knowledge. Through this outreach, the center intends to cover about 25,000 participants, mainly youth, per year.
